Terms of Service

RecruitedXI is a mobile application and related website designed to help soccer players and their households learn the college recruiting process, organize coach outreach, track progress, and manage recruiting-related notes and follow-ups.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the RecruitedXI website, mobile application, content, tools, subscriptions, and related services. By using RecruitedXI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 13 years old to use RecruitedXI. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. By allowing a minor to use RecruitedXI, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on the minor's behalf and is responsible for the minor's use of the Services.

RecruitedXI is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we may delete the account and associated information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. The information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete, especially information used for account access, recruiting profiles, and support requests.

You may not share, sell, transfer, or misuse your account. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being used in a way that violates these Terms, harms the Services, creates risk for other users, or may violate law.

RecruitedXI provides educational content, planning tools, templates, checklists, reminders, and tracking features. The Services do not guarantee college admission, athletic recruitment, scholarship offers, roster placement, coach responses, playing time, financial aid, or any other recruiting outcome.

You are responsible for decisions you make in the recruiting process, including communications with coaches, schools, clubs, and third parties. Review any template or suggested language before sending it, and follow all applicable school, club, conference, NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, and other recruiting rules that apply to you.

Some RecruitedXI features, including XI Intel, may require a paid subscription. Subscription availability, pricing, billing periods, trials, renewals, cancellation, refunds, and payment processing may be handled by Apple through the App Store or by another authorized payment provider shown at checkout.

App Store subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account before renewal. Deleting your RecruitedXI account, deleting the app, or contacting RecruitedXI support does not automatically cancel App Store billing. You must manage cancellation, renewal, and refund requests through Apple when Apple handles the subscription.

We may change features, pricing, trial availability, or subscription offerings from time to time. Any renewal price change or required consent will be handled through the payment provider where required.

You may enter or upload information such as profile details, coach lists, school targets, notes, follow-up dates, learning progress, and other recruiting materials. You keep ownership of the content you provide.

You grant RecruitedXI a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and use your content only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services, respond to support requests, and comply with law.

Do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, infringing, invasive of another person's privacy, or that you do not have permission to use.

You agree not to misuse RecruitedXI. This includes attempting to access another user's account, reverse engineering the Services, scraping or copying substantial portions of the content, interfering with security or availability, uploading malicious code, using the Services for spam or harassment, or using the Services in violation of law or recruiting rules.

RecruitedXI is designed for personal and household recruiting organization. You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without our written permission.

The Services, including lessons, checklists, templates, interface designs, branding, text, graphics, software, and other materials provided by RecruitedXI, are owned by RecruitedXI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services for your own recruiting education and organization. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

The Services may rely on or link to third-party services such as app stores, payment processors, authentication providers, analytics providers, hosting providers, email providers, and school or recruiting-related websites. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, or actions, even when RecruitedXI links to them or integrates with them.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information. By using RecruitedXI, you also agree that your information will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may request or perform account deletion using the tools described in the app and on the Privacy Policy page. Account deletion removes account-linked RecruitedXI data as described there, but it does not cancel App Store billing or any third-party subscription management obligation.

We may update, suspend, discontinue, or limit parts of the Services at any time. We will try to provide reasonable notice when a material change affects paid access, but we may act without notice when needed for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or service integrity.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RecruitedXI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

Recruiting timelines, rules, school requirements, coach preferences, financial aid practices, and athletic opportunities can change. RecruitedXI may help you organize the process, but it cannot verify every external rule, deadline, coach statement, or school policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RecruitedXI and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, recruiting outcomes, admissions decisions, scholarship decisions, or athletic decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to RecruitedXI for the Services in the three months before the claim or 100 US dollars.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RecruitedXI and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
